De Lacy Catterick Targa Rally 2025

Greetings to you all, and welcome to the De Lacy Motor Club Catterick Targa Rally. Whether you might be returning competitors or just contemplating entering for the first time this year, we are glad that you are joining us in July.

Last year was a strange year for this event having been cancelled on our original summer date, when we had an oversubscribed entry, and then our hastily rearranged event in November to fulfil my promise to everyone that I would ensure that the Rally would run in 2024.

Unfortunately we were victims of a crowded calendar, and the entries suffered as a result, meaning that we had to reappraise our event budget. But, we did run an event that was considered a great success by all those who attended.

So, here we are again. Once again we will be offering the 40 plus miles of special tests, which will be a mix of broken tarmac/concrete roads and Forestry style tracks, together with a minimal road mileage, for the same price as last year so despite our costs increasing we have made the decision to keep the entry fee at £195.

As before we will be utilising “Rally App” for Passage Controls/Code Boards etc. Please do not be afraid of this, it is really easy to use. To help you this year we are organising a training day so that you can see it in action and try it for yourself, keep watching the event website for the

date. Additionally on the morning of the rally, there will be “test loop” so that you can check that your phone or other device is working correctly.

Once again we are pleased to be a round of the BTRDA Targa Rally Championship, together with a round of the ANCC, ANWCC, ANEMMC and EMAMC championships.

Because the rally is using Ministry of Defence land, this event will be a non-spectator event and the only way to see the action is to either enter or to marshal or assist us in any way you can. Do not hesitate to contact us if you can help.
